The book Eat The Frog by Brian Tracy is a fantastic book that gives great suggestions on how to efficiently manage your time and properly prioritize your objectives.  The book includes  21 strategies that you can use today to manage your life better and get the most out of your day. In this summary, we will only include some of the strategies from the book that you can use right now to improve your life.

One strategy that you can implement right now is to plan every day in advance. You cannot leave each day to chance or drift along to whatever happens—you need to take control and plan each day—that way you can determine the direction of each and every day to what serves you best.  Significant projects cannot be adequately executed unless you have some structure to work within. It is said that 10 minutes spent in planning will save you 100 minutes in execution.

A concept that was discussed in detail in the book is the A, B, C, D, E priority sorting system. This system helps you classify the jobs and tasks you need to do in one of those five categories. A is for jobs that are urgent and need to be done today and if not completed will have significant drawbacks. B is for tasks that can be finished today but can wait and won’t harm you significantly is not finished. C is for items that are pleasant to do but hold no repercussions of not executed. D is for tasks that should be better avoided or delegated to someone else, and E is for tasks that should be completely avoided as these are purely time wasters and hold no value.

Another important strategy that is discussed in the book is the law of 3. The law of 3 is the node to the concept that 90% of your success will come from 3 meaningful actions. This law is universal and thus can be applied to everything in your life. 90% of your problems come from 3 major things or that 90% of the work you need to get done comes from 3 primary tasks. Your job is to accurately identify those three milestone tasks and prioritize them above all other duties. Those are tasks that should be automatically assigned to class A in your priority checklist. Those are the tasks you should spend all your time and effort on.

Those are just SOME of the many very useful tips presented in this book. WE highly recommend that you read the full book and learn how to manage your time effectively.
