Manpower Group has researched talent shortages and their impact for a decade. Employers have consistently reported difficulty hiring right-skilled talent; The 2015 Survey showed five reasons for the difficulty filling jobs, which confirm the talent shortage.
The lack of talented candidates in the market led to a fierce competition between employers to attract talents. The talent shortage is real, and the need to create best recruitment strategies and practices is a must to win the competition.
